The Beatitudes: More Printables!

This week's post for the Beatitudes I am posting this month has assorted printables. I have some that were created with the flower theme, and others with the bee & beehive theme that will be used for all of next week's post. Honestly, I was getting too much for one post, so added some here!

I saw the ideas for the flowers being used for The Beatitudes at a Teacher's workshop. I created the Bulletin Board/Visual first, then started adding everything else! You can see the Interactive Bulletin Board here. It can also be glued to a poster board, then saved to reuse easier. Click here to download.

I love File Folder Games, and so do the kids! All ages love them! They are easy to store, and everything is stored right with the folder. They can be used over and over! This one is the same concept as the Interactive Bulletin Board you see above. So, these can be used instead of the Bulletin Board if you would rather. The directions are in the download for easy assembly after printing and cutting. Click here to download.

The kids love lapbooks too! It takes prep work for you if you are using them in a Bible class, but they are worth it. They are used a lot for homeschool teaching, and the students can cut and assemble themselves as part of the project. These have the first part of the scripture on the front flap, then the inside is blank. The kids can finish writing each verse. Or they can do that on the top inside flap, and a short summary on the bottom inside flap. There are instructions in the download. Click here to download.

You can see directions on making a lapbook here.
These are basic worksheets for The Beatitudes. The students will draw a line from the beginning of each verse (left side) to the correct ending of each verse (right side). There is a really plain one, more appropriate for older students, and is black & white only. The other worksheets are draw a line from the bees to the flower and they can be printed in color or black & white. Click here to download.
I created this Beatitudes Scripture Journal to be used for homeschooling, or this would be great if you are teaching each beatitude separate. It is too much to use for one lesson only, though. Each Beatitude page has the scripture, questions to answer, space for drawing and space for student to write a summary. It will make a really nice journal if you bind the pages or add them to a notebook. The download has color and black & white. This is a big set of worksheets, so please let me know if there are any typos. Click here to print the Scripture Journal.
If you like this Scripture Journal, you might like the Creation Scripture Journal found here.

  12. Thank you so much for these beautiful additions to my Beatitude Lessons for Junior Church. We are starting a 2 month series featuring each beatitude so this will be a definite help. I enjoy finding inspiration from other teachers and getting new ideas. It's so much fun to present FRESH things to the kids that help the lesson to "stick" in their minds and HOPEFULLY stay forever in their hearts! Thanks for being a blessing and for sharing!
