Cathy had this puzzle she used for the Parable of the Good
Samaritan. I have also included a set of Magnetic Board Visuals using Cathy's
style so you would have them to use.
Directions: This can be used as a handout for each student. It can be
printed onto color paper since it is only black & white. The student can put one together as you
discuss the lesson or used as review. It can also be used as a template and use something (i.e.
overhead projector) to enlarge and trace onto a piece of poster board to be
used as a visual. You can put the pieces together as you teach the lesson.
I also added a different set of posters for parables in the download below. I included the poster for LOVE that Jesus was speaking about in this parable. These can be used for several different lessons.
Cathy uses these visuals with a
magnetic board. She cuts the pieces out, laminates them and adds thin magnets
on the back. Put your title up first, then add and take away each visual as you
teach the lesson. They can also be used as visuals alone, a flip chart, and/or
a bulletin board. These can also be
attached to large craft sticks and held up while you are teaching. This includes the lesson outline to help you.
