Armor of God: Belt of Truth

www.biblefunforkids.com
When I taught the Jesus Healed the Centurion's Son lesson to the 3 year old class, I made the students a Roman helmet and shield to talk about the soldier. I decided to add a couple of printables to use with the second grade class for the Armor of God lesson.
I created two different sizes for the Belt of Truth.

This Belt of Truth is designed for preschool ages. It includes the color and black and white. I suggest printing these on cardstock. Just add string or yarn to tie the belt around the waist. (I used this brown cord cut at about 17" lengths.)  Click here to download.

This second choice Belt of Truth is designed for early elementary ages. It includes the color and black and white. I suggest printing these on cardstock. Because this in bigger, you will print the parts and put the belt together.  The belt is in two pieces and is attached with the center piece. Then, glue the flaps to the back of the belt. Add string or yarn to each end to tie the belt around the waist. Click here to download.

(Just a note, I printed the 'preschool size' belt for my 2nd grade class to save time and paper, and they worked fine. They looked small on the students, but the kids were happy wearing them.)

  1. Visuals like this are always great, not just for kids, but for adults too. I also need to "see" sometimes to believe better.
