Acts chapter 28 is the final chapter and includes the viper latching onto Paul's hand, their time on the island of Malta and an introduction into Paul's time in Rome.

Acts chapter 27 includes Paul sets sail for Rome and they are shipwrecked, and everyone swims or floats to Malta.

Acts chapter 25 includes Paul before Governor Festus and informing him, "I appeal to Caesar.". Festus discussed the situation with King Agrippa.

Acts chapter 24 includes Paul before Governor Felix and the council and Felix keeping him a prisoner for two years.
