Esther Songs & Hands-On Ideas

Thanks to Haley Wilson for sharing her photos and ideas! Haley teaches one of the preschool classes with Glenda Wilson. And Glenda creates most of the ideas that Haley uses. Haley says we need this or that and Glenda creates it! Thanks to both for permitting me to share!

 

Thanks to Jeanne Dickson for sharing her Bible class songs! I have created flipcharts for two new Esther songs that are shown below.

Haley set up the tables for an Esther feast using tablecloths & doilies, glass & plate, crown and jewelry. All these items can be found for $1.00 at Dollar Tree. Add the jewelry and crowns and the kids are having a feast like Esther. Like Haley, I use Goldfish and water and it is pretty safe from allergies and kid friendly. You can find crowns at your local teacher's supply store.

I found this wood mask at Michaels. These would be great to use with the Esther songs or to retell the Esther facts! There are two to pick from. See them here. Or, you can buy bulk with 12 in a pack here.
