This simple Concept Chart is about complaining. Complain means to grumble, whine, protest or gripe about a situation or circumstance.  The people complained a lot! It is left plain intentionally so you can use it as you think for the best application for your class. I would use this to discuss everyday things they might complain/grumble about. List those on the left side and on the right side, what would be the way God would want them to act instead. It could also be used to list scriptures on the left about the people complaining and scriptures on the right about being satisfied and doing what God wants.

These can be used for Moses and any other appropriate lesson and were kept plain intentionally for this purpose. This statement was part of the celebration after God led them out of Egypt. Students can color or paint the designs on the banner, door hanger and bookmark. Stickers can be added. String or ribbon can be added to the banner to hang and on the bookmark.

The kids really love the Envelope Flips and Stand-Ups! Everything folds and fits into the envelope. They like to retell and move everything around. These can be used for a small teacher's visual depending on your class size.

This is what needs printed. This work best printed on cardstock and are super easy to prepare. These can be ready before class for younger students, or if students can cut and glue, it can be done in class. Moses flips around and the pillar flips. The wall of water flips up and down. Color and black & white are both included.

The first is a Reader Worksheet. The wording from the scripture is as easy to read as possible with sight words while keeping to the key points with easy to answer questions. The second is a fill-in-the-blank worksheet. Due to the graphics, this is in color only.

I designed the Trip Strip to be a cut & glue timeline. This one shown has lines for the students to write about each event. Or they can write the scriptures. There is another worksheet without the writing space. These can easily be used for mixed age groups. Cut and glue according to directions.
This is not included in the application pack. Click here to download.

These Event Cards can be used as smaller visuals and they can be shuffled for the student to re-tell the events and lay them in order. The same full-page size visuals and pictures-to-color can be downloaded below.
