This Old Testament study is designed for older students with some worksheets and printables that correspond for younger students so they can be used in classes with several ages together or used specifically for the lesson. Most of these lessons have project printables for younger students that I have been wanting to add for some time.

All of the worksheets have the teacher's answer sheets included and most are in black & white.

To make the Flip Book, cut on the dotted line to separate the top from bottom. Cut the bottom pictures out on solid line. Layer in order and staple as shown on the gray rectangle. They are in color and black & white. The Spinner work best if printed on cardstock or heavier paper. If you are looking for the foldable book, you can find that here with more printables.

There is a Word search and the Reader Worksheet which has pictures for the students to write the number under each to put them in order after reading the summary of the lesson. The third was designed for those asking for cut & glue. It is an easy scripture to cut out the words and glue them in order. The students will also write out the verse. This was a suggestion from a teacher. The write it our has four pictures that the student will write about to retell what they learned about Samson. There is a number code and alphabet code worksheet. The bottom pictures can be used to cut or teat strips of paper for hair to glue on and cut Samson's seven locks of hair.

The Concept Chart is designed create discussions, look up and review main points. They are intentionally kept plain so they can be used to each classroom's needs.

The Lord will give strength to His people. Psalm 29:11a

These printables can be used for this lesson and any other appropriate lesson and were kept plain intentionally for this purpose. A key verse was chosen to use for discussion, memory work, and copy work. Students can color or paint the designs on the banner, poster, door hanger and bookmark. Stickers can be added. String or ribbon can be added to the banner to hang and on the bookmark.

The Angel of the Lord/Jehovah was Jesus delivering God's messages in the Old Testament, like Gideon and Samson (Judges 13). We read Angel of the Lord in Judges 6:11-12, then verse 14 states the Lord. I kept the lesson to the Angel of the Lord for these lessons because of the age group, but this would be a good study for older students. See more here.

All are not shown. The file includes 35 visuals for Judges 13-16.
(These are not included in the application pack.)

(These are the same as the visuals but are black & white.)
