The lesson for Naaman will end our study on Elijah and Elisha. We will finish the lapbooks and they can take them home. There is a door hanger with a box pocket. I printed the door hanger on blue cardstock, and Naaman and the front pocket on white cardstock. The kids glued a large craft stick inside of Naaman so he could be moved in the pocket. See the photo below for more!
I am happy to have a guest writer for this post and she
is my daughter! While I have taught all ages, I prefer early elementary. She
prefers Teens. The Bible lesson in this post was designed to
teach teenagers about how a grudge can hold us down in our Christian walk and
the importance of forgiveness.
Today's
lesson is Elisha with the widow. We are discussing the miracle of the jar of
oil filling lots of jars! And the family that Elisha stayed with. Another
miracle happened when Elisha brought their son back to life!
This
is the final lesson about Elijah, and we continue with Elisha for three lessons. The title is confusing, and I am sorry about that! The horses and chariot of fire separated Elijah and Elisha, but the whirlwind took Elijah to heaven. 2 Kings 2:11
This printable game is in color and black & white and is the 12 Tribes of Israel. It would be great for reviewing the 12 Tribes! Also, everything you need to print a 12 Tribes bulletin board!
We are studying Elijah and this lesson for Naboth's Vineyard has printables that I used on a science board but will work great for a small bulletin board. Just add some grapes! We acted out the lesson and moved to different areas of the room while we talked about Naboth.
