3. Kings, Prophets & More Lesson Links

I am creating a lesson plan for a year for out Wednesday night 3 year old class. This post will have the links so you can find each lesson. You can also download the list of lessons. This is the third quarter which is Kings, Prophets & More. I like to go through the Bible beginning with Genesis and we will end with Jesus Returning to heaven. There will be three quarters of the Old Testament and the last quarter will be about Jesus.

The Judges

Today's lesson is The Judges in the Old Testament. There are several options for this lesson, depending on how much prep time you want to do. There is also a bulletin board that can also be used as visuals.

Be a Light

I have done two different projects for this lesson, and depending on the ages of the students, and how much prep time you are willing to put into projects, you can pick which will be best for you. The light bulbs are thought questions and I just cut them out and put on a ring. The stoplight is the favorite and requires more work, but it still makes the kids think about what God wants from us.

What Does the Bible Say About the 10th Plague?

This is different from my normal posts, but it is absolutely worth taking the time to read to the end! I do everything I can to keep my Bible lessons and wording scriptural. This is one of those scriptures that I want to have correct. Like, for instance, Jonah and the great fish, Adam & Eve ate the fruit, etc.

This is one a lot of people have trouble with, and I really wanted a BIBLE answer after the latest Bible movie came out! Well, here it is. Ha! We have a scientist we attend worship with! Scott can read Hebrew, Greek and even speak it. Oh, it is AWESOME! So, let's go back to the ORIGINAL texts and see what God says. (Special thanks to Scott for the work and study to write this for me us!
