I am creating projects for the 3
year old class on Wednesday nights this quarter, and I thought I would share
what we did. Noah is divided into 2 lessons.
This is a short post with some really great heart printables. They can be used with almost any lesson to discuss how God wants us to be. Our attitude. Our actions. Our thoughts.
I love these puzzles I found in Cathy's supplies! I also found the perfect hearts to re-create Cathy's set! I love (if you can't tell) putting Bible people's life together as a review or lesson so the students can have a full picture of each person.
This is lesson part 2 in the David series. This week discusses King Saul being king and his son Jonathan eating honey from the tree and he didn't know they were not to eat anything.
This is the
first in a series of David and the people in 1 and 2 Samuel. This post is found
in 1 Samuel 9-10 and the study is God telling Samuel the prophet that He would
pick the first king and Samuel will be the one to announce that Saul will be
the king to the people.
We had a Memphis mission in July which you can see more here.
The Elders decided to do a mission work in our home town. The Deacons that work
with the children set up a mini VBS style learning session for the kids for the
2 hours that the adults were in the assembly. I asked to teach about Moses. I
have a lot of visuals and there is so much to study about him. I wanted to
discuss the Old Law and bring the last night of learning into the New Law and Jesus.
So, this last post is the fourth nights lesson which was Old Law vs. New Law
and condensed Life of Jesus.
This is a short post with Magnetic Board
Visuals and the lesson outline for Moses and the Israelites Crossing the Red
Sea. This is an addition to the 10 Plagues series of 3.
This Moses post includes the lesson outline and discusses Jethro visiting Moses in Exodus 18. Jethro suggests to Moses that he needed to put others in charge of listening to the people's problems because Moses was sitting at the tent all day. He told Moses to just handle the really big issues.

So, this post is the third nights lesson which was The 10 Commandments.
There are 3 different sets of commandments to choose from! I originally created these to use for a bulletin board! But,
as I was working on them, I wanted to make them more like a visual.

post is the second night's lesson which was a lot! The 10 Plagues, The Pillar of
Cloud & Fire, The Red Sea Crossing and God Sends Manna & Quail. Yes, it
seems like a lot, but there were 25 minutes that I used as an overview. I
wanted the kids to learn as much as they could! They had 3 other areas of
review for each evening. (I actually planned to teach this, but ended up
reviewing last night's lesson and only taught the 10 plagues! So, I moved the
rest to the next evening to teach. I really wasn't concerned with 'my list', so
these can easily be modified.)
